A lifetime resident of Gainesville, Florida, Susan Wagner's long career in the real estate industry includes being a real estate salesperson and a Certified Apartment Manager.

Growing up in Gainesville's Libby Heights neighborhood down the road from the 300 Club, Susan moved to Micanopy in the 70's where she raised her 2 boys. She loves this part of North Central Florida for its music, arts & cultural events, nature, and its lakes and springs.

Susan has always had a love of architecture and interior design.  Her interests include reading and family activities. She has a passion for travel but always loves to come back to this wonderful place that we call home.
